#Request# I am writing to request the following information relating to: • Contracts between Cera Care/Cera Care Operations, NHSBSA and NHS Shared Business Services for the provision of social care, since 2020 • Any Memorandum of Understanding documents or similar between NHSBSA, NHS Shared Business Services and Cera Care, produced since 2020 • Any Data Protection Impact Assessment documents, privacy statements or similar relating to the use of predictive artificial intelligence in social care settings, produced by NHSBSA, NHS Shared Business Services or Cera Care since 2020 • The volume of complaints received by NHSBSA or NHS Shared Business Services in relation the use of artificial intelligence in social care settings by Cera Care, since 2020. I would like all documents sent electronically please.
