For questions 3 and 4 “NHS Employer” is defined as any employer which is NOT a GP Practice. Due to the questions not being mutually exclusive, and members being able to be pensionable in any number of part time posts, it is possible for a member to be counted in each group. __Definitions__ Active Scheme Member – Member was contributing to the pension scheme as of 30 April 2026.
