Amount of money raised by fixed penalty notices by NHS Penalty Charge between 17 October 2023 and 18 March 2024 where the ESA was incorrectly identified as income related instead of contribution based nationally._ _2. the same information for this for the last 2 financial years_ ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because we check what exemption has been claimed on the dental form and this is then checked with DWP who either confirm or not confirm if the patient has a valid exemption. If not confirmed, then the enquiry letter is issued.
