##Request _I am requesting the names and professional qualifications of the specific individuals (Chair and medical members) who constituted the EIBSS Appeals Panel that met on 7 November 2025._ _Please note: Do not apply Section 21 and provide a link to the generic pool of all possible EIBSS panel members. I am NOT asking for the generic pool. I am asking for the specific administrative record of which individuals from that pool were selected to sit on the panel on the specific date of 7 November 2025. That specific schedule/rota information is not reasonably accessible to me in the public domain._ ##Response Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I can confirm that the NHSBSA does not hold the information you have requested. We understand that you are not asking for the generic pool of EIBSS panel members, but for a specific record of which individuals sat on the panel on 7 November 2025. However, appeals are considered by the full EIBSS Appeals Panel. As a result, no administrative record identifying particular individuals appointed to hear an appeal on a specific date is created or held. In addition, the panel may not be contacted to further any appeal/grievance.
