Where do you get data from dm+d browser > Search > Results > Virtual Medicinal Product (VMP)? 3. What happens if a supplier is on Mhra Product License number suppliers database but not on your dm+d browser > Search > Results > Virtual Medicinal Product (VMP) > Suppliers database, is it the supplier's fault or supplier's application did not enter a particular category? 4. Does your dm+d browser > Search > Results > Virtual Medicinal Product (VMP) > Suppliers database not take into account Parallel Import suppliers? ##Response Question 1 The suppliers listed on dm+d are usually the names as listed on Companies House. Question 2 When we add a VMP it must have a linking AMP. We therefore get the VMP data from information gathered when adding the AMP. The AMP data is obtained from its SmPC. Question 3 We aim to add license numbers to dm+d where possible. There may be occasions where the MHRA hold product license numbers for a product not yet launched. When it is launched it usually is either sent by the company to us to add to dm+d or we conduct surveillance in order to pick up new products ourselves and add to dm+d. Question 4 We do list Parallel Import suppliers on dm+d.
