##Request Dear NHS Shared Business Services, I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information (FOI) request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. My request is as follows: 1- Please confirm if NHS Shared Business Services has entered into any contracts with Infosys Limited during the period of January 1, 2019, to June 5, 2024. 2- If the answer to question 1 is yes, please provide details of all such contracts, including: a- A brief description of the contract (e.g., Intelligent Automation Services, Software, etc.) b- The date the contract was awarded c- The total value of the contract awarded to Infosys Limited 3- If any contracts exist with Infosys Limited within the specified data range, please disclose the total amount (in British pounds) paid to Infosys Limited by NHS Shared Business Services from January 1, 2019, to June 5, 2024. I would be grateful if this information could be disclosed within 20 working days of receiving this request, or even sooner if possible. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) is a private company created by a joint venture between Sopra Steria Limited and the Department of Health and Social Care supporting NHS organisations. As a private company, they are not listed as a public authority within the FOI.
