I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 11 April 2023 for information about the following: ‘What percentage and numbers of contact by email/contact form/phone calls about the GHIC card relate to adding a new card holder (for example, adding a baby to an existing family who already have cards)?’ ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because we do not separately categorise emails, contact forms or phone calls within the team that processes new GHIC applications.
