I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 23 May 2024 for information about the following: I would like to know: • How many staff the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority has. • How many staff in the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority have died each year for the last 5 years in RTCs. • Of those, I would like to know if they were working at the time, commuting to work, or off duty. • It would also be good to know what percentage of the total deaths were in a RTC (for the police it was 53%) I would also like to know if you have a Road safety strategy like the MoD (Defence Road Safety Strategy - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)), and if you have guidance on managing fatigue along the lines of what the ORR are currently consulting on for rial staff (Managing rail staff fatigue: draft version for consultation (orr.gov.uk). ##Response I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. However, it is possible that Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority may hold some or all of the information you require. They can be contacted at: Email:
