I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 15 May 2024 for information about the following: My request pertains to the report published by the House of Commons Committee of Public Accounts named Penalty charge notices in healthcare, One Hundred and Fifteenth Report of Session 2017–19. Did the Department write to the Committee? 2. On what date did the Department write to the Committee? 3. Was the date within the time-frame suggested by the Recommendation? 4.
