Please provide a figure for each calendar month #Response# The data is included in the table below: Oct-23 1,215 Nov-23 613 Dec-23 442 Jan-24 590 Feb-24 217 Mar-24 86 Apr-24 103 We have considered the ‘date of application’ to be the date on which the member is applying to claim their pension benefits from and when benefits become payable. This is referred to as ‘the payable date’. It is not the date the award was completed or the date that the first payment was made. The data provided in the table above is for both completed and ongoing Partial Retirement applications. If an application is rejected or withdrawn, as it can be throughout the Partial Retirement application process, it would then be removed from the above figures as there is no reportable information. As of 2 January 2024, there are 369 applications still to process, that are eligible for Partial Retirement, but as these applications have not yet been processed, we cannot confirm the type of pension benefits that have been applied for.
