Your request was received on 23 January 2024 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. ##Response A copy of the information is attached. ###England General Activity Data 2014 Onward __Financial Year:__ The current financial year associated with the contract information. __Year Month:__ The month of the financial year associated with the contract information. __Country Name:__ The country associated with the contract __Region Name:__ The latest region name of the associated with the contract __Region Code:__ The latest region code of the associated with the contract __Commissioner Name:__ The current commissioner name associated with the contract __Commissioner Code:__ The latest commissioner code associated with the contract __Contract Number:__ The contract ID number __Paid by BSA:__ ‘Y’ indicator are contracts paid by NHSBSA. ‘N’ indicator are contracts not paid are commissioned locally for example community dentists or other specialist services. __Contract Type:__ Either GDS, PDS or PDS Plus __Charge Band:__ The Band of Treatment entered on the FP17 (Band 1, 2, 3, Urgent Treatment or ‘Other’ __General Form Count:__ The count of FP17s processed in the period __Patient Count:__ The count of patients associated with the FP17s __UDA Delivered:__ The Units of Dental Activity attributed to the FP17 for the treatment provided This information allows you to look at the activity provided for each financial year at national, regional, commissioner and contract level. You can compare the general activity delivered to that commissioned in the contract data. This will give you an idea of how areas of contracts are performing.
