Our response I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested, and a copy of the information is below. Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data. The table below summarises the number of retired NHS Pension Scheme Members who have received a Remedial Service Statement (RSS). An RSS is the personalised document provided to members as part of the McCloud Remedy. It sets out the individual options available. It should be noted that NHS Pension Scheme Members do not need to return their RSS if they wish to remain in receipt of their existing legacy scheme benefits. As we are working in order of those most likely in financial detriment, however, we expect the majority in the earlier cohorts to respond.
