Pesticides Residues Committee

The Pesticides Residues Committee dataset holds results from the Pesticides Residue Surveillance Programme. This programme analyses about 4000 food samples each year for a wide range of pesticides, with the result that the number of individual pesticide/food combinations is over 1,000,000. The results of the surveillance programme are laid before Parliament each quarter. The dataset contains food brand and premise information which the food industry may consider sensitive. The information in the dataset covers Great Britain.
