Corporate Operational Information system

Corporate Operational Information system holds the following information: Around 325,000 company/site records (as at 19/08/2013) which capture the work of the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) operational directorates i.e. Field Operations Directorate (FOD), Hazardous Installations Directorate (HID) and the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR). These records include: company and address data;Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) data; details of health and safety inspections and investigations;details of concerns about health and safety issues raised by members of the public; - details of formal notices issued and prosecutions taken;staff work recording information. The dataset includes some personal information and address details, fatal incident details; some commercially sensitive company data; unsubstantiated ‘allegations’ naming individuals (for reported concerns); some sites/companies have linked information that is restricted on grounds of national security e.g. hazard ranking data relating to establishments subject to the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations. Also covers the Register of Licensed Explosives Sites.The information in the data set covers Great Britain.
