HSE Resource Management system

The Resource Management system holds the following information: Information on current staff and former employees for the purposes of general, human resources and financial management. These records include: - Personal contact details - Payroll records - Diversity information - Sickness and other absence history - Learning & development activity - Educational/professional qualifications - Appraisal records. - transactional data in relation to expenditure it has incurred with organisations for the provision of goods and services.(e.g. supplier details, value and date of transaction etc.) - fees it has charged customers in relation to the provision of services. (e.g. customer details, amounts charged, amounts received etc.) - contract opportunities with HSE worth more than £10,000, closed tender documentation, contract awards and contract documents are available on Contract Finder. http://www.hse.gov.uk/sellingtohse/contracts.htm The dataset includes personal and sensitive data under the provisions of the Data Protection Act. A monthly-updated list of all financial transactions spending over £25,000 made by the Health and Safety Executive is published on http://data.gov.uk/dataset/financial-transactions-data-dwp-hse as part of the Government's commitment to transparency in expenditure.
