The DCLG Local Government Transparency Code 2015 details the datasets that Local authorities should make available to the public. Datasets included in this section include: Expenditure exceeding £500 In line with our commitment to openness and transparency we will now be publishing all transactions over £500 (note; areas may be redacted as they may be commercially sensitive or there may be data protection issues). Please note, the Data Protection Act does not automatically prohibit information being published naming suppliers with whom the Council has contracts, including sole traders, because of the public interest in accountability and transparency in the spending of public money.
