SPF Housing Stock Data Analysis Report Hambleton

In January 2023, the York and North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership on behalf of North Yorkshire County Council, funded through the North Yorkshire Shared Prosperity Fund, commissioned the Sustenic Dwelling Level Stock Profiles for the historic districts and boroughs of Craven, Hambleton, Harrogate, Ryedale and Selby to provide further detail and analysis of the housing stock, with a focus on energy efficiency, as achieved by the Hitting Hard project in Scarborough and Richmondshire. The information supplied in these individual reports and the overall report for North Yorkshire can support any future bid to support housing retrofit in North Yorkshire.
