The data measures the percentage of pupils at state-funded mainstream schools in England who got a grade 4 (a ‘pass’) or above in both GCSE English and maths. Data is shown by: * ethnicity * ethnicity and gender * ethnicity and eligibility for free school meals * ethnicity and special educational needs * ethnicity and local authority Data comes from key stage 4 performance statistics (Department for Education) and is published on 'Ethnicity facts and figures'.
