Brownfield Register Lancaster City Council 2018

The council republished its brownfield land register data on 25th June 2018. The register will be updated annually. The data identifies 54 brownfield sites, all of the sites on the register are included in our Strategic Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment. The planning permission layer can be switched on to show planning permission status of individual sites. The brownfield land register layer should be switched off when viewing the planning permission layer. The Brownfield Land Register includes brownfield land that accords with the NPPF (National Planning Policy Framework) definition and the following criteria: 0.25ha. / 5 dwellings or more.
