Productivity and Efficiency Plan

Delivering productivity and efficiency improvements is a key consideration for the London Fire Commissioner’s (LFC) strategic planning as set out in the Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP). It is also an integral part of the process to deliver a balanced budget each year to invest in the capabilities needed to serve and protect London. This work continues outside of those published plans and reports to ensure continuous improvement is delivered. This plan sets out the context of the LFB’s current financial position alongside what efficiencies have been identified so far and further plans. It sets out broader information on the underlying assumptions and areas of focus within the LFB that help frame the work to identify and progress further productivity and efficiency improvements.
