NEST Corporation Client Relationship Management system is a database that enables NESTs Communications and Engagement department to efficiently and securely manage the records of potential and existing employers and intermediaries. The system enables creation and maintenance of data for all companies, employers, key stakeholders and associations who have had contact with NEST Corporation through prior Market Engagement activity. The NEST CRM system holds details for; Intermediaries (these may include but are not limited to Financial Advisers, Accountants, Solicitors, Trade Associations) The system also holds details for Employers and other stakeholders such as Unions. This assists NEST in communicating and delivering key messages regarding auto enrolment and related workplace pensions information relevant to NEST’s proposition. .
