This dataset provides a count of the numbers of samples from cattle for human consumption tested at private laboratories in 2016. Cattle classifications at time of death include: Healthy, Emergency Slaughter, Ante mortem, H-nonEU15+ (Healthy), ES-nonEU15+ (Emergency Slaughter), and AM-nonEU15+ (Ante mortem). “NonEU15+” describes cattle that originally came into Great Britain from outside the core EU member states that still do TSE testing.
