This marine geophysical and sampling survey took place from July to August 1994 in the Southern North Sea on board the MV Kommandor Therese. It undertaken by the British Geological Survey (BGS) as part of the NERC Land Ocean interaction Study (LOIS-LOEPS). Sea floor data were collected using an echosounder. Subsurface seismic data were gathered using a surface tow boomer, a total of eight lines, 66.4km were run. Seabed samples and cores were collected using a Vibrocorer undertaking 207 deployments. These data are archived by BGS. Technical details of the survey are contained in BGS Technical Report WB/94/21.
