Infrastructure Funding Statement and CIL Annual Monitoring Reports

In accordance with the Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 any authority that receives a contribution from development through section 106 planning obligations must prepare an infrastructure funding statement. The data set runs from 01/04/2019 - to date. Infrastructure funding statements (IFS) are published annually. They give a summary of all financial and non-financial developer contributions relating to S106 and CIL in the London Borough of Barnet. It also lists highway works completed as part of new developments through section 278 (S278) agreements.
