Highways England Pavement Management System Network Layer HAPMS

P-AMS replaced HAPMS in spring 2023. The network layer produced here is taken from P-AMS and formatted into the HAPMS schema. The data is designed for use as a pavement system no responsibility is accepted for the misuse or misinterpretation of this data. "Pavement" refers to the road surface, and not pedestrian access. This data covers the majority of the Highways England road network - Trunk roads, motorways and other types of roads that Highways England is responsible for maintaining. It can be used to indicate the extent of Highways England's responsibility.
