National Statistics 2001 area classification of Super Output Areas and Data Zones: Distance from centroids

The National Statistics Area Classification provides a simple indicator of the characteristics of the area based on a range of census data. The 'Distance from Centroids' dataset contains the distances between each SOA or DZ and the cluster centre measured in Euclidean Distance. The smaller the distance, the stronger the association.
