The impact assessment (IA) for the updated river basin management plans was built from multiple data sources and is based on many assumptions. The Scenario 5 dataset is based on programmes of measures with known and/or reasonably secure sources of funding. The 6 year phase (2015 to 2021) of the proposed option is created from scenario 5.
