Qualitative research undertaken by the GLA's Opinion Research team in 2020. The research explored in-depth the experiences of those who work night shifts in London hospitals (nurses, student nurses, and cleaners); their access to food during these shifts; and their subsequent ability to maintain a healthy diet.
