Harborough Brownfield Land

Harborough District Council's Brownfield Land Register, last updated in July 2020, in accordance with regulation 18(2) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 2017. The register identifies sites of previously developed land which are suitable for new residential development, ensuring such land can be given full consideration by developers looking to build new housing in the Harborough district. Part 1 is a comprehensive list of all brownfield sites in the local authority area that are suitable for housing, irrespective of their planning status. Part 2 is a subset of Part 1 only includes those sites for which ‘Permission in Principle’ is granted - of which there are none.
