Source: Department for Transport (DfT) Publisher: DCLG Floor Targets Interactive Geographies: County/Unitary Authority, Government Office Region (GOR), National Geographic coverage: England Time coverage: 2007/08, 2008/09 Guidelines: For all areas (except in London and the Isles of Scilly), the indicator must follow the definition used for indicator number LTP1 in the final second local transport plan approved by the authority, unless (exceptionally) a revised definition is specifically agreed with the Department for Transport. Within Greater London, an indicator definition will be developed by Transport for London and finalised with Department for Transport by March 2008. The Department for Transport will finalise an indicator definition for the Isles of Scilly in discussion with the council. In metropolitan areas, the indicator should be reported at council level, but following the common definition approved in the relevant joint local transport plan
