This dataset shows the number of applications for registration completed by LPS Registrations (Northern Ireland) - specifically Land Registry in the financial year 2019-2020. Data is sorted by the main application types i.e. DOW(Dealing of Whole); TOP (Transfer of Part of a folio); Lease(Leasehold applications); First Registration (Applications for to register property for the first time in Land Registry) Sections 53 (application for registration under Adverse Possession); Deed of Rectification (applications to amend errors made by previous submissions). Figures include application completed, abandoned and withdrawn.
