Clinical Commissioning Groups (April 2017) Generalised Clipped Boundaries in England V4

This file contains the digital vector boundaries for Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), in England, as at 1 April 2017. The version 4 of the boundaries supersede the previous version of the same name and contains: We were notified of a late CCG change between NHS Norwich CCG and NHS South Norfolk CCG. Eight LSOAs were moved from NHS South Norfolk CCG to NHS Norwich CCG. The eight LSOAs were E01026895, E01033538, E01033540, E01026924, E01026925, E01026916, E01026917 and E01026918 and have now been allocated to NHS Norwich CCG and the boundaries have been recreated as V4. Please note that NHS Norwich CCG (E38000218) and NHS South Norfolk CCG (E38000219) have new 9 character codes. (09/05/2017). Previous corrections include: A correction to the boundary between NHS Greater Preston CCG and NHS Morecambe Bay CCG. Two LSOAs were incorrectly assigned to the wrong CCG (NHS Great Preston CCG). The two LSOAs were E01025561 and E01025562 and have now been correctly allocated to NHS Morecambe Bay CCG and the boundaries have been recreated as V3. (23/03/2017) The boundaries available are: Full resolution - extent of the realm (usually this is the Mean Low Water mark but in some cases boundaries extend beyond this to include off shore islands); Full resolution - clipped to the coastline (Mean High Water mark); Generalised (20m) - clipped to the coastline (Mean High Water mark); Super generalised (200m) - clipped to the coastline (Mean High Water mark) and Ultra generalised (500m) - clipped to the coastline (Mean High Water mark).
