Incapacity Benefit and Severe Disablement Allowance (IBSDA)

Persons unable to work due to illness or disability. Incapacity Benefit (IB) claimants are people who are assessed as being incapable of work and who meet the appropriate contribution conditions. The dataset also includes Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA) claimants.
