16-19 Bursary Fund Vulnerable Students Claim Form

Institutions requesting funds for students they have identified as being in one of the defined vulnerable bursary categories for the current academic year must complete a funding claim form (available on the DfE website) and submit it to the LSS. The data is submitted by email. The LSS record it on the 16-19 Vulnerable Students Database they manage on behalf of the EFA. This data - numbers of students requiring funding in each vulnerable category and the amount of funding required in each case is used by the LSS to calculate the correct funds to release to institutions to support their vulnerable students.
