The data shows the number of new whistleblowing reports the FCA received between July and September 2025, and existing reports closed during this period. The FCA assess every whistleblowing case it receives that falls within the FCA's remit, to inform its work and help it identify actual or potential harm. In Q3 2025, July and September 2025, the FCA received 405 reports containing 1,379 allegations in total.
