Innovation Portfolio CIS 2016 2017

The Innovation Portfolio CIS 2016 2017 is a list of the business-led IT-enabled innovation initiatives for April 2016 to March 2017. Innovation opportunities pass through a formally defined and managed innovation process: Ideate; Discovery; Proof of Concept; and Pilot. Ideas are initially placed in the Innovation Backlog. Innovation initiatives may at any time be put On Hold (e.g. if business priorities change or blockage is reached) or transferred to other IT Delivery programmes as appropriate. The portfolio is extremely dynamic, and subject to rapid and frequent changes as business priorities change and impacts of the findings of the innovation initiatives themselves. The dataset is manually derived from the Innovation Management Funnel, with the status of the innovation initiatives reflecting a snapshot taken in June 2016.
