Pay Policy Statement

The Pay Policy Statement outlines the level and elements of remuneration for each Chief Officer, the remuneration of the lowest paid employees, the pay differential, known as the ‘pay multiple’ between the remuneration of Chief Officers and other officers and other aspects of Chief Officer remuneration, fees and charges and other discretionary payments. This dataset will be updated on an annual basis.
