Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count data. Samples were collected from two subtidal sandbanks in the North Sea, Broken Bank and Swarte Bank, in April 2006. Data also includes total harpacticoid copepod counts per sample. Data on the sediment granulometry are also available from all stations (except BB-J) in the csv file "BB_SB_abiotic_factors_2006".
