Civica icasework contract

Agreement between Civica and the London Borough of Barnet for the provision of a Software as a Service Solution built upon the icasework platform for delivering corporate complaints case management module for an initial period of 1 year. The contract start date is 30th March 2022 and terminates 31st March 2023. Some of the information within the contract is exempt because the disclosure of this information would be prejudicial to the London Borough of Barnet’s and partners commercial interests. We have also removed the names and signatures of signatories, as this constitutes personal data under the General Data Protection Regulations
